Madison County Fiscal Court meetings are held at 9:30AM on the second and fourth tuesday of each month. The meeting on the second tuesday of the month is held in the Berea Police & Municipal Building at 304 Chestnut Street, Berea, Kentucky and the meeting held on the fourth tuesday of the month and meeting of the month is held at Richmond CIty Hall in the Council Chambers at 239 W Main Street, Richmond, Kentucky.
