Questions Regarding the Property
State law does not allow a government employee with knowledge of the bid packet or item up for bid to provide an advantage of information to one bidder over another bidder. For this reason, no questions involving specifics of the property, aside from technical questions about the bid submission, will be able to be answered by staff. The only exception will be if individuals have questions for the Planning and Development Department regarding zoning or permitting requirements for future activity on the property. If you have a question not covered in the bid packet, please contact 859-408-2333 and leave a message and number where you can be reached outlining your question and a staff member will return your call.
