The County of Madison and its Emergency Management Agency (EMA), located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified firms for printing and delivering its 2021 Emergency Preparedness Calendar.

Responses must be received by Madison County Fiscal Court no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on September 25, 2020.  Responses received after that time shall not be accepted. The response shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as “Madison County EMA/CSEPP Emergency Preparedness Calendar.” All responses shall be submitted by mail or hand-delivered to:

Accepting Bids for Energy Savings Contract  

The Madison County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from interested and qualified performance contractors for the implementation of a guaranteed energy conservation program for the Madison County facilities pursuant to KRS.45A.352. All qualified firms interested in providing the specified contracting services are required to attend a mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting September 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom invitation to be eligible to be awarded the contract.

All proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled “Madison County Energy Savings Proposals” and submitted to the Madison County Fiscal Court no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on November 6, 2020. When sending in your bid please use the following address on your shipping container:

 Accepting Bids for Outdoor Alert & Warning Sirens in Madison County

Madison County Emergency Management Agency, located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified firms for replacement of all the outdoor alert and siren warning sirens all located around Madison County.  An original and three (3) copies for a total of four (4) hard copies of the proposal must be clearly labeled "Madison County Alert & Warning Outdoor Siren System" and submitted to Madison County EMA no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on Septermber 25, 2020.  When sending in your bid please use the following address on your shipping container:
