The County of Madison and its Emergency Management Agency (EMA), located in Richmond, Kentucky, are accepting proposals from qualified firms for printing and delivering its 2020 Emergency Preparedness Calendar.

Responses must be received by Madison County Fiscal Court no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern time on September 6, 2019.  Responses received after that time shall not be accepted. The response shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as “Madison County EMA/CSEPP Emergency Preparedness Calendar.” All responses shall be submitted by mail or hand-delivered to:

Bid responses will be opened in the office of the Madison County Judge Executive after deadline time on September 6, 2019.  Award of bid will be announced in Madison County Fiscal Court on September 10, 2019.

The Madison County Fiscal Court (MCFC) is accepting sealed bids on the following items: Bogie Mill Road Repairs. Bids shall be submitted on bid form provided.  No other bids will be considered.  Details and specifications can be obtained at the Madison County Road Dept. located at 325 North Madison Ave., Richmond, KY, or below. Sealed bids shall be received in the County Judge Executive’s office at 135 West Irvine Street, 3 Floor in Richmond, KY, Attention: Bogie Mill Road Repairs no later than Thursday, August 22, 2019, at 4:00 PM.  Sealed bids will be opened at close of deadline. MCFC reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Said bids will be awarded at the public meeting of the MCFC on in the Madison County Fiscal Courtroom Richmond, Kentucky.
