Madison County Animal Shelter
Dogs
Adoptable canines, turned in by owners, and canines belonging to the Animal Shelter, can be adopted Monday through Saturday, 12:00 PM - Close. The current canine adoption fee is $25.00 and includes a partial vaccination, a license for Madison County residents, discounts on spay/neuter, and a free Vet check up.
Felines
Current adoption fees for felines are $10.00 and include partial vaccinations, discount on spay/neuter and a free Vet check up. Only limited facilities are available for felines. Owned cats are accepted by appointment only, so call during business hours before bringing in felines. The Madison County Animal Shelter does not accept stray cats.
