911 Facility
Madison County 911 Center
Our state of the art 911 Consolidated Dispatch Center was built between 2007-2008 with operations beginning in August of 2008. The center has 4-911 Land Line Trunks for all inbound calls from Land Line Phones and 5-911 Wireless Trunks to handle all 911 Inbound Calls from all cell phones in Madison County.
Our Center has 8, 911 Consoles operational on any given day. We have 23 full time dispatchers that work 24/7, 365 to protect all the citizens of Madison County.
This center also activates the Madison County Alert Notification System for severe weather or a chemical disaster.
