Attention Home Owners Associations and Neighborhood Organizer’s
Madison County Solid Waste is organizing a Free Neighborhood Recycling Program for citizens located outside of the City Limits. This program will be a single stream process where all recyclables can be placed in one container except for glass products which will not be collected. The recyclables will be picked up one day every other week. This program is geared around neighborhood participation.
To get your neighborhood started a 80% participation of all homes will be required. Please register a neighborhood contact or home owners association to get this program organized in your neighborhood. You can use the online submission form by using the Solid Waste Tools Menu to the Right and clicking on the Recycling Program Link or contact our office by phone at 859-624-4709 to get your neighborhood started!
